50 Years Ago FEBRUARY, 1938 HAVE WE MADE THE MOST OF $35 GOLD?

Fifty-seven per cent of our gold mines have developed out of properties which had been abandoned or became otherwise dormant.

Only 36 1/2 % have been de veloped directly and con tinuously from the original discovery.
