50 Years Ago DECEMBER, 1937 UPTURN EXPECTED IN BASE METALS

In metal mining circles in Canada, there is a quite widely held opinion that base metal prices are due for a rally toward the first of the year. Some quarters believe that the upturn will be well sustained and that 1938 averages will be substantially above the present prices. Reprinted from The Northern Miner, December 1937.
