The Green Mining Conference represents a cooperative venture between Coleman Township, the Town of Cobalt, and the Town of Latchford. Its objective is to promote the area’s mineral potential and mining in general from a sustainable development perspective. This unique conference brings together people from across the mining world for 2½ days of networking opportunities, tours of the area, and technical panel discussions divided into innovative themes ranging from Brownfield mining, zero waste mining, and green mining with a special presentation on the historic Cobalt mining camp. This convention will focus on thinking differently about mining challenges, best practices and innovative insights.
