Promising results at Gemini-Turgeon (June 14, 2004)

Cancor Mines (KCR-T) and Cambior (CBJ-T) have intersected massive sulphide lenses with significant gold and silver assays on their Gemini-Turgeon project, 80 km north of La Sarre in Quebec’s Abitibi region.


Tara workers back on job

Roughly 220 workers at the Tara zinc mine, 60 km north of Dublin, returned to work after an agreement was reached to settle, via mediation, a 9-month dispute.


Kaieteur results disappoint

Vancouver — Initial assays from Kaieteur Resource‘s (KTR-V) Altan Uul (Gold Mountain) project, in the south Gobi region of Mongolia, failed to show pervasive gold mineralization.
