Peru Copper — Thomas Findley to resign as CFO effective July 31; H. Eric Peitz appointed CFO.

Phelps Dodge — Kenneth Watkins appointed VP of safety, health and operational accountability.

Pine Valley Mining — Graham Mackenzie to resign as president and CEO but remain a director. The date of his resignation is not yet known; executive VP and COO Robert Bell will become president and CEO once Mackenzie officially resigns.

PMI Gold — Peter Hooper appointed chairman; Pearce Bowman resigned as executive chairman and CEO but remains as a director.

PolyMet Mining — Joseph Scipioni appointed VP of operations and development at the NorthMet copper-nickel-precious metals project in northeastern Minnesota; Steve Ryan appointed construction manager at NorthMet.
