Kalrock, Flint Rock in amalgamation

Shareholders of both Kalrock Developments (ASE) and Flint Rock Mines (VSE) recently approved an amalgamation of the two companies. Name of the new corporation is Kalrock Resources. Flint Rock’s share exchange was on a 1-new-for-6-old basis. Kalrock’s exchange basis was share for share.

Management wants to delist Flint Rock from the Vancouver exchange, leaving the new Kalrock to trade only on the Alberta exchange.

Kalrock is planning an exploration program on leased and unpatented mining claims, under option, in the Fort Francis area of northwestern Ontario.
