Robert Bryce of Aur Resources (TSE) will discuss the Louvicourt project in northwestern Quebec at a May 28 luncheon of the Vancouver branch of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum.
Aur’s vice-president of mining operations will discuss the status of the project which is scheduled to enter production in October, 1994. Aur has a 30% interest while Teck holds 25% and Novicourt has the remaining 45%. The $350-million project is expected to be the biggest copper producer in the province.
