Taylor purchases shares of Biron Bay Resources

Leonard Taylor, president and chief executive officer of Biron Bay Resources (ASE), says 664782 Ontario, a company of which he is a controlling shareholder, recently acquired 31,600 Biron Bay common shares on the open market. As 664782 Ontario holds 439,600 common shares of Biron Bay and Taylor personally owns 647,729, his interest in the company now adds up to almost 1.1 million common shares. Taylor said the shares were acquired for investment purposes and he has no immediate plans to buy any more.
