Agnico-Eagle Mines (AGE-T) has sold its Pell mill site in Cobalt, Ont., to the Canadian subsidiary of East Hampton, N.Y.-based Sabin Metal. Privately held SMC Canada picked up the former mill for an undisclosed price, and is now recommissioning it. The mill consists of a 280-ton-per-day gravity-flotation circuit and is expected to be operational in September.
