RSV to explore B.C. claims

RSV Resource (VSE) expects to raise $250,000 from two recent private placement agreements for exploration of the Spider and Edith claims near Stewart, B.C. The company can earn a 60% interest in the properties, which are near the producing Premier gold mine project. The option agreement with Avanti Capital is subject to regulatory approvals.
