INSIDER TRADING — Band-Ore directors exercise options to

Four directors of Band-Ore Resources (CDN) exercised options and sold shares in February.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, director Ronald McKeown exercised 50,000 options at 10 cents and sold 45,000 shares at 20-56 cents to hold 5,000 shares and no options. He was also granted 50,000 options at 10 cents.

Director George Rayfield exercised 50,000 options at 10 cents and sold 45,000 shares at 20-56 cents to hold 642,911 shares. In addition, he was granted 100,000 options at 65 cents.

Director Robert Duess exercised 50,000 options at 10 cents and sold 70,000 shares at 10-56 cents to hold 141,300 shares. He was also granted 50,000 options at 10 cents.

Director Wayne O’Connor exercised 180,000 options at 10 cents, bought 90,000 shares at 20-56 cents and sold 130,000 shares at 20-56 cents to hold 540,000 shares. He was also granted 200,000 options at 65 cents.

Bakertalc (ME) — Heather Frawley, director, sold 44,000 shares at $1.80-1.95 to hold 6,000 shares.

Black Swan Gold Mines (TSE) — Arthur Fisher, director, exercised 50,000 options at 34 cents, to hold 1.6 million shares. In addition, he was granted 950,000 options at 18 cents.

Caledonia Mining (TSE) — Michael Foster, senior officer, exercised 18,852 options at $1.03 and sold 18,852 shares at $4.90-5.13 to hold no shares. High River Gold Mines (TSE) — David Mosher, director and senior officer, exercised 100,000 options at 50 cents and sold 35,000 shares at $2.30-2.34 to hold 311,666 shares.

Minefinders (VSE) — Dale Hendrick, director and senior officer, sold 35,000 shares at $5.75-6 to hold 53,500 shares. James Sullivan, senior officer, sold 17,000 shares at $5.62-5.75 to hold 3,000 shares. Richard Williams, senior officer, bought 25,000 shares at 75 cents, and sold 10,000 shares at $5.75-6 to hold 80,000 shares. Williams also bought 25,000 warrants at $1. Prime Equities (VSE) — Murray Pezim, director, bought 74,100 shares at $2.39-3.25 to hold 499,378 shares.

Rayrock Yellowknife Mines (TSE) — Walter Steuerman, director and senior officer, exercised 10,000 options at $6.75 and sold 10,000 shares at $19 to hold no shares.

Scintilore Explorations (TSE) — Theodore Polisuk, director and senior officer, bought 75,500 shares at $1.90-2.55 and sold 13,500 shares at $1.67-2.58 to hold 238,900 shares.

Teck (TSE) — John Taylor, senior officer, exercised 5,000 options at $17.13 and sold 5,000 Class B sub-voting shares at $27 to hold no shares and 35,000 options.
