Alberta-listed Gold Vessel Resources continues to perform surface-trenching and geochemical sampling on its CHOCO-6 property in Venezuela’s El Callao district.
So far, sampling has turned up two areas of gold mineralization on the Cerro Azul property, as well as two on the Camp Zone property. On Cerro Azul, the first structure is 590 metres long, 22 metres wide and grades 2.2 grams per tonne. The other runs 680 metres long, 18.7 metres wide and grades 1.2 grams.
At Camp Zone, the following dimensions have been outlined: for the A zone, 770 metres long, 13.6 metres wide with a grade of one gram per tonne; for the B zone, 520 metres long, 12 metres wide, with a grade of 0.5 grams per tonne.
