LAST BUT NOT LEAST — RTZ selling Indal assets

Most North American operations of Toronto-based Indal are being sold to MB Caradon of the United Kingdom.

Indal, owned by RTZ Pillar (a unit of New York-listed RTZ), is a diversified industrial company with 28 operating subsidiaries and divisions in Canada and the U.S. RTZ acquired it in 1970.

MB Caradon is acquiring all of Indal’s extrusion and recycling operations, as well as most of its residential construction products businesses, metal roll-forming operations and automotive companies.
