Exall’s Roman purchases shares

The president of Exall Resources (TSE), Stephen Roman, recently increased his interest in the company to about 21.8% by way of a private placement.

Roman bought 750,000 shares and received warrants entitling him to purchase an additional 750,000 shares of Exall until Dec. 31, 1993, at 75 cents per share. Roman owns about 1.5 million shares of Exall.

Another significant shareholder of Exall is Invar Building Corp., which through a private placement has increased its holdings to more than one million shares. (Invar also owns warrants to purchase 623,930 shares of Exall.)
