More than 1,000 kg of metal production has come from the Murray Brook gold-silver mine, operated by NovaGold Resources (TSE) in New Brunswick. The open pit mine has been in production for four months.
Since production began in early September, 1989, NovaGold has produced 1,094 kg of dore which contained 3,600 oz. of gold and 30,000 oz. of silver. The mine is owned 100% by NovaGold.
