CHARLIM EXPLORATIONS — Gilles Provost elected president succeeding Maurice Fortin and Roland Masse who resigned.


GRANGES EXPLORATION — Alan Thompson elected a director. David Beling assumes the position of acting vice-president of operations.


DAKON METALS — Ron Johnson appointed president and as a director succeeding Bill Wood who has resigned; Glen Foreman, vice- president and director; Don Whorley, secretary and director; Ray Whorley, director succeeding Ed Hemstead who resigned.


ENERGEX MINERALS — Richard Atkinson appointed a director succeeding Gordon Gutrath who resigned.


ASARCO — Dr. Gordon Gee elected to the board of directors increasing the number of directors of the company to 14.
