The subsidiary, Petro Gaspe (1986), will be the financing vehicle for the mining exploration to be carried out on newly acquired properties as well as on those of Mazarin, in return for interest acquisition by Petro Gaspe.
Mazarin and its president, Regis Labeaume, have acquired an option on 1.44 million shares of Petro Gaspe at 5 cents per share.
