The polymetallic (gold, silver, copper and zinc) property is situated in Perron and Desmeloizes twps., in northwestern Quebec. Normetal has a 75% interest in the project, and La Sarre a 25% interest.
The companies say at least four more fill-in holes are needed before a reserve calculation can be completed above the 300-ft level.
The holes were drilled along a strike length of 300 ft, the companies report. The richest intersections are continuous along a 200-ft strike length and come to surface under the overburden.
