Bradley opens 2 new production facilities

Total investment in the new facilities comes to $5.5 million.

The new Quebec plant features: — Latest technology CNC lathes that are precise enough to be used in the aviation and defense industries. — Computer assisted design and computer aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) to improve quality control, productivity and product innovation.

— A fully integrated computer administrative system to improve scheduling and productivity.

Bradley, which also has branches in Delta, B.C., and Val d’Or, Que., manufactures more than 1,000 different diamond drilling products. The company is also testing some innovative products which it hopes to introduce in 1989.

A Canadian-owned company, Bradley is increasingly reaching an international market with sales in the United Kingdom, Germany, France and the United States.
