The company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Galactic Gold Inc., recently filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for the proposed offering of $50 million(US) of Gold Indexed Senior Subordinated Notes due 1990. The notes will be guaranteed on a subordinated basis by Galactic Resources.
