Glen Auden grabs yield high grade

Several high grade gold showings have been discovered by Glen Auden Resources (TSE) on the company’s Sewell-Reeves property near Timmins, Ont. Channel samples across a 3.3-ft width yielded assays up to 1 oz gold per ton. Gold is associated with a 65-ft long quartz vein found within an alteration zone known to strike for more than two miles, Glen Auden reports.

Grab samples from another quartz vein system located one mile northeast of the discovery area, yielded assays up to 0.4 oz gold per ton. The property covers geology which is similar to that occurring in the Timmins Porcupine camp. This includes an extension of the Destor-Porcupine fault and the presence of several porphyry intrusives.
