Control of a company with an undeveloped copper property in northern British Columbia is being sold by Kam-Kotia Mines of Toronto to a numbered company in Vancouver. President of the numbered company is Lou Papas.
The company in question is Davis-Keays Mining, in which Kam- Kotia has a 31.4% interest. The property, located in the Toad River area of the province, 120 miles west of Fort Nelson, contains an estimated 1.4 million tons of semi- proven and probable reserves grading 3.4% copper.
