Citadel results on Wawa drilling

A program of 87 surface and underground diamond drill holes totalling 25,117 ft has been completed by Citadel Gold Mines on its four Wawa, Ont. area properties.

At the former producing Surluga gold mine, 35 underground holes are still out for assay. However, some of the assays received thus far include 12 ft of 0.26 oz gold per ton, 11.4 ft of 0.13 oz and 10.4 ft of 0.20 oz.

Results from surface drilling at the Jubilee property include 21.7 ft of 0.285 oz and 5.4 ft of 0.28 oz.

From the Minto property comes a surface drill result of 0.036 oz gold per ton over 4 ft, while from the Cooper mine surface drill results include 9 ft of 0.16 oz, 6 ft of 0.113 oz and 5 ft of 0.23 oz.

There are still 14 surface drill holes out for assay.
