Victaulic Co. of Canada has appointed Doug Irwin as district sales manager of no rth- central Canada, including Manitoba, northern Ontario and northwestern Quebe c. Based in Sudbury, Irwin has been a sales representative in the area for the p ast three years. Also, Bill Gray has been promoted by Victaulic to district mana ger of eastern Canada, including eastern Ontario, Quebec, Labrador and the Atlan tic provinces.
