Obituary Carl Bischoff

Well-known mining consultant Carl Bischoff has died in North Bay, On t., at the age of 75.

Born in Rome, N.Y. in 1911, Mr Bischoff was for several years employed as the chief engineer for Noranda Mines, at Noranda, Que. He left the mine in 1947 to establish his own consulting business, moving to North Bay in 1974, where he set up new offices.

He remained active in mining projects until the time of his death.

He is survived by his wife Jane, son Alan, daughters Elizabeth, Susan and Nancy, and 12 grandchildren.
