Big Comstock block goes to new group

Control of Comstock Keno Mines is expected to pass to a financial co mpany by year-end. Stamford Bridge Capital Corp. plans to acquire a 28.5% interest in the inactive mining company. The acquisition represents 657,810 Comstock common shares. Stamford plans to reactivate the company and to actively seek acquisitions. No follow-up offer will be made to the remaining shareholders of the company. Comstock trades on the COATS system.
