Int. Damascus surface program in Toodoggone

A surface program on International Damascus Resources’ Joanna 3 and 4 claims in the Toodoggone area of northern B.C. has delineated a fault zone with gold assays returning up to 9,500 parts per billion.

Consulting geologist J. Paul Sorbara reports a minor fault zone on the Joanna 4 claims revealed a spectacular hematite that returned some 61,000 parts per million zinc, 23.4 ppm silver and 336 ppm arsenic and silicified volcanic rocks that assayed the high gold content.

Galena from quartz stringers yielded 42.1 ppm silver and almost 25,000 ppm zinc.

Mr Sorbora also says a ground VLF-EM survey has delineated a strong northwest-trending conductor along a 500-m strike length as well as a partially defined zone of high conductivity over a previously identified gold anomaly.
