EXPLORATION ’99 – GeoNova adds ground in Que.

Montreal-based GeoNova Explorations (GNE-M) has acquired the Gander gold property, northwest of Lebel-sur-Quvillion, Que.

The property is contiguous with GeoNova’s Discovery project, which hosts a known resource of 2.1 million tonnes grading 5.1 grams gold per tonne, including 1.5 million tonnes of 6.3 grams.

GeoNova acquired the Gander property because of the presence of the Chieftan shear zone, which hosts numerous gold showings.
