Corona (TSE) filed a lawsuit earlier this year in the Ontario Court, general division against its partner in the Fort Cady boric acid project, northeast of Los Angeles, Calif. Corona, through Fort Cady Minerals Corp., has an 80% interest in the project which has yet to enter production. Corona alleges Mountain States Mineral Enterprises Inc. of Arizona did not live up to the terms of an agreement to transfer its 20% ownership in Fort Cady to another corporation chosen by Corona.
