Junior Regional Resources (TSE) has sold 1.7 million shares of Faifield Minerals (TSE). Proceeds amount to $5 million.
Some of the shares were sold under an option agreement for $1.10 per share. An additional 525,000 shares held by Regional are subject to the same option agreement until Dec. 31, 1995.
Regional will use the proceeds to explore the Lac la Hache copper property in central British Columbia.
