New Freewest claims

Twenty-five claims in Benoit Twp. in northwestern Quebec have been acquired from Louis-Paul Dionne, Freewest Resources (ME) reports.

The company also says it has entered into an option agreement with Mingold Resources on the Benoit Twp. claims. Mingold may acquire a 51% interest in the property by funding a 25,000-ft drill program and making payments totalling $45,000. The option agreement is subject to regulatory approval.
