Earnings Reports (March 27, 1989)

For the 12 months ended Dec 31 the company reports net income of $90,918(US) or 1 cents per share on revenue of $34.2 million. For the same period a year earlier the company reported net income of $5.05 million or 35 cents per share on revenue of $37.95 million.

The company was formed on Aug 2, 1988 through the amalgamation of Brohm Resources Inc. and MFC Mining Finance Corp.
