Killick Gold of Salmon Arm, B.C. has completed exploration at its Adams Plateau mineral claims near Kamloops B.C., the company announced recently. An 1,800-ton bulk sample was assayed recently at the company’s pilot concentrator site.
Killick says it has started work on a pilot plant designed to make a zinc/gold and lead/silver concentrate for sale in Canada and the U.S.
To fund a $527,000 diamond drilling program at Adams Plateau, Killick is planning a rights offering which the company hopes will qualify as a flow-through share issue.
Employee and stock options which were announced recently, have been cancelled. “It is proposed to defer employee and director stock options to the 1988 fiscal year,” said Killick President C.C. Kane.
While Kane said discussions are continuing with possible Adams Plateau joint venture partners, he said his company is capable of funding its own exploration and development at the property.
