Saxton announces changes in board

The board of directors of Saxton Industries has announced a number of appointments and resignations.

Austin P. Page, formerly vice- president and chief financial officer of Saxton Industries and Saxton Petroleum Corp., has been appointed president and chief executive officer of both companies;

James M. Kidd has been appointed treasurer and chief financial officer for both companies;

William Scott has resigned as director, president and chief executive officer of both companies;

Angelo Delzotto has resigned as director of both companies;

John A. Gordon has resigned as treasurer of both companies.
