Toronto-based AmCan Minerals (AMF-V) has completed negotiations to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of Oriole Mining.
Oriole’s assets include five major diamond-bearing properties in Angola, three of which are within Lunda Norte province. The land package covers 26,000 sq. km.
