Sirios finances exploration

Junior Sirios Resources (SOI-M) has completed the first portion of a public financing, raising $569,000 by placing 554 A units and 15 B units.

As a result, more than 2.8 million shares will be issued at 20 per share, boosting the number of issued and outstanding shares to 20.4 million. The junior will also issue 629,000 warrants. The B units are still being offered, with each B unit comprising 5,000 shares and 5,000 warrants.

Proceeds will be used to explore the Aquilon gold property and the Tilly molybdenum-copper-gold property, both of which are in Quebec, and the Scholfield diamond property in Ontario.
