Construction of an $11.5 million sodium cyanide plant has been completed near Winnemucca, Nev. The plant is jointly owned by Mining Services International, Inc. (MSI,NASDAQ:MSIX), Alta Gold (ALTA:NASDAQ) and CYANCO.
