With a one-for-five roll-back now behind it, Cream Minerals (VSE), formerly known as Cream Silver Mines, is ready to start anew. The company recently arranged a private placement of 400,000 units at 35 cents each including a share and a two-year warrant, bringing the total shares outstanding up to about 4.1 million.
The company does not currently have any active properties, but is negotiating to acquire an interest in a project in Mexico.
Cream was in the news in the early 1990s after the British Columbia government expropriated its mineral claims in Strathcona Park on Vancouver Island.
