Through the recent acquisition of 1.15 million shares, Cameron McFeely has increased his stake in Mosquito Consolidated Gold Mines (VSE) to 28.3%. The private transaction between McFeely and Calgary-based Peregrine Petroleum was made to satisfy partially an outstanding debt. McFeely is president of Peregrine.
