Tagish continues Eskay dispute

A legal dispute brought about by prospector Paul Dupras and Tagish Resources against Prime Resources Group (VSE) was stayed pending the outcome a second dispute to be heard in May. Tagish had sought an injunction to prevent Prime from applying a mining lease for the Eskay Creek property north of Stewart, B.C. Prime operates and owns 50% of the high-grade gold deposit now at the feasibility stage.

Next month, Tagish will be appealing a recent ruling by the British Columbia Chief Gold Commissioner which dismissed Tagish’s claim to the Eskay Creek project.
