T & H Resources (TSE) hopes to raise $296,000 through a rights offering. Each shareholder would receive one right for each common share held; eight rights will entitle the holder to subscribe for one unit at 22 cents per unit by April 14. Each unit will comprise one share and one warrant; one warrant will entitle the holder to buy one share at 40 cents per share by April 14.
