A joint venture agreement allowing Yellow Point Mining (VSE) to earn an interest in the Kasperske Hory gold deposit in Czechoslovakia was recently terminated.
Yellow Point President Thomas Tough said the company was unable to meet its financial commitments “within the specified time.”
The company recently entered into a management agreement with Tough, who will provide management services for $2,500 per month.
