Property dispute at Lac de Gras

The first dispute involving diamond exploration properties in the Northwest Territories has surfaced in the courts.

In late October, Slumber-Magic Adjustable Bed (VSE) launched an action in British Columbia’s Supreme Court against Gulfside Industries (VSE), R. Terry Heard and Associates, Terry Heard and Kennecott Canada.
