Negotiations were recently terminated between Bard Silver and Gold (VSE) and Stewart Blusson in connection with a previously announced reverse takeover of the company.
The company intends to seek resumption of trading which was halted at its request since late May.
Blusson holds a minority interest in a joint venture involving Dia Met Minerals (VSE) and BHP Minerals Canada on a diamond discovery in the Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories.
