A private Calgary-based oil and gas company, Red Oak Resources, has completed a reverse takeover of Onitap Resources (TSE). The name Onitap has been changed to Red Oak Resources. It is anticipated that the new shares of Red Oak will be traded on The Toronto Stock Exchange in October.
