The Ontario Securities Commission has scheduled a hearing Aug. 25 in Toronto related to certain business activities of Patrick Sheridan. To be dealt with by the hearing are allegations that Sheridan caused Madeleine Mines (TSE) to fail to make public disclosure of a material fact concerning the company, and that Sheridan caused Dayton Porcupine Gold Mines (CDN) to issue a press release containing a misrepresentation concerning the company’s affairs.
