Monique financing (February 05, 1990)

Monique Exploration (ME) has entered into a financing agreement with La Societe en Commandite Monique II worth $250,000, the proceeds to go toward mineral exploration. Monique will issue 250,000 common shares at $1 each, and transfer to the Societe a grant of $75,000 to which it is entitled under the Canadian Exploration Incentive Program.
