Skyrocket seeks injunction through Securities Commission

Skyrocket indicates that it will seek a hearing by the British Columbia Securities Commission in an effort to get an injunction on the trading halt of the company.

On Jan. 8, the application for monetary damage s and an injunction against the Vancouver Stock Exchange was heard by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

It was decided that the claim for damages would be heard by the court while the injunction should be brought before the commission.
