Junior Michele Gold Mines (VSE), which recently raised working capital of $97,000 through a private placement, is seeking financing or a partner to explore property in the Lake Kenogami- Chicoutimi area of Quebec. Mineralization containing copper, nickel, platinum group metals and rare earths has been found on the property, which is 239 claims in size. The claims lie south of the property explored by McNickel Inc. and host a different geological structure, President John Sadowski said.
A preliminary $350,000 program has been drawn up, the exploration to include ground and airborne work and drilling.
Sadowski said he has been talking with a number of majors regarding a possible joint venture arrangement.
