Vital Pacific drills anomaly

A diamond drilling program is under way on Vital Pacific Resources’ (VSE) Haida property, 100 km north of Kamloops, B.C. The company will drill 10 to 12 holes totalling 1,800 metres, at an estimated cost of $250,000. Teck Corporation (TSE) is the project operator and financier.

The prime drilling targets are associated with a major geophysical anomaly. Samples taken from a feldspar porphyry diorite stock in the region reveal mineralization of up to 0.71% copper and 1.4 grams gold per ton.
